Returns
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on press-on nails unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds
Damages and Issues: If the item arrives damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at naisaki.fi@gmail.com.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order will be processed, and cancellations will not be possible.
Exchanges
Since each set is handmade, we do not offer direct exchanges. However, if you have any issues with your order, please reach out, and we’ll find the best solution for you.
