Processing Time
All of our nails are handmade with love, so please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Custom orders may take a bit longer, and we’ll keep you updated along the way!

Tracking Your Order
We partner with Posti for orders in Finland and Åland islands. For orders outside of Finland, we are using UPS.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package.
Customs & Import Fees
For international orders, customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
